Almost perfect

I've been into health and fitness for about 12 years, and I've owned several cardio and weight machines over the years. Also, I go to the gym so I have experience using commercial grade pieces of equipment. I purchased this machine so that I could do my cardio at home and only have to go to the gym for my weight training. I've been using it about 4 days a week, for 45 minute sessions, for about 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it! This is a very sturdy piece of equipment, and is very smooth.

Great Machine!

This is a wonderful machine. It is solid. By that I mean that it makes me feel secure that it isn't going to topple--like a chair that is solid when you sit in it. Some chairs are unstable and not well grounded, but this machine is very stable. I use this analogy because there have been some elliptical machines that I have tried out that made me wonder if they were going to hold up or not. Another feature that I love about this machine is that it is whisper quiet. I love that feature!

	Easy to use electronic console with all the features of a health club model. The Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer (2009 Model) uses a vibrant LED readout which is used in most club models. Includes a built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder. The console also has built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player( iPod, etc.) for easy listening. Fluid natural motion provided by a whisper quiet drive system. Functions in both forward and reverse motion. The combination of a heavy 29 lb. flywheel and a high gear ratio not found on comparable models means an extremely smooth feel with plenty of resistance at the top end for a machine that will provide a challenging workout. The E95 also has a power incline feature which offers additional resistance as well as variable positions for diversity in your workout at the touch of a button. The ramp angle is fully adjustable from 15 to 40 degrees, allowing you to individually target and work all major lower body muscle groups. Upper body exercise provides a total body workout. Custom molded hand grips for a comfortable feel. Incline and resistance controls are also integrated into the handles for convenient use. Stationary handle bars with built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate. A heart rate chest strap is also included for hands free pulse monitoring and heart rate interactive programs.
